Mixed billing on Medicare items. All patients with valid Medicare DVA/Card are bulk billed fully for items covered under the Medicare scheme.
Non attendance or failure to cancel appointments less than 4 hours, if need be attracts a late cancellation fee of $30.00.
Private Fee applies as follows for patients with no valid Medicare Card:
